OTCPP portable HDD provides a 1-year warranty. If you purchase OTCPP HDD have any quality problems, please contact us services@otcpp.com in time. We will be happy to help you solve the problem or replace a new OTCPP HDD.
Note: This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than OTCPP.
