We're thrilled to offer free standard shipping on all orders! If you need your OTCPP in a hurry, we also offer DHL 3-7 business Day shipping options for an additional fee.

Shipping Time Frames
Standard: 7-15 Business Days （Free）
Expedited: 3-7 Business Days ($6 Fee)

Shipping Country Include American, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and JP.

Notes:
Please allow up to 2-5 business days for order processing.
Expedited and Priority shipments are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa may be subject to slight delays.

Will I receive tracking information?
We’ll send an email confirmation with tracking information we will when your order ships.

Where are you shipping from?
OTCCP provides quality service for you to reduce shipping time. We currently have stocks in the US, UK, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, and Japan.

When the inventory quantity is 0, we will send it out from China.

How will OTCPP be shipped?
We use multiple carriers for fulfillment including (USPS, UPS, and FedEx). Unfortunately, we’re not able to control the shipping carrier used in any one shipment.
